My Story

My mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis when I was 13. Because she is a single parent, and I don’t have a father to help out in caring for her, it has been very limiting for both of us. Still, I try hard at school.
I want to go to college to study counseling or psychology so that I can become a therapist that helps others make it through traumatic events.
My wildest dreams are to live in my own apartment, and adopt a dog. Maybe I could go to Disneyland one day. Hopefully I would get married and have kids.
An education would make my dreams possible.
